A Day on the River

Our interest in collecting stones began on numerous fishing trips throughout Montana and Wyoming. As time passed, some days on the river became totally devoted to picking rocks. We are fortunate to live in an area that boasts world-class fishing and areas filled with many sought after minerals. The beautiful patterns in the stones often seem to be a reflection of the surrounding mountains and abundant wildlife. While out collecting on the streams or the hillsides, we often come in contact with deer, elk, antelope, big horn sheep, eagles, ospreys, pheasants, turkeys, bear and occasionally a rattlesnake. We have had found rocks in beautiful areas of other states and hope you, too, can  find a special place to collect stones and enjoy the beauties of nature.
